Processing Times: The current processing time for paperwork, appeals, PLUS loans and alternative loans is 4 weeks and our response time for email inquiries is 5 to 10 business days.
Student Financial Aid, home of Bronco Express is located in Faunce Student Services. Drop-in hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. to noon. Phone hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Our staff is also available to assist you by email at finaid-info@galleryforever.com. Our adjusted hours are supporting the necessary time needed to improve our processing of documents for our students.

Student Financial Aid supports the recruitment, retention and degree completion of a dynamic and culturally diverse student body, in preparation for a lifetime of personal and professional success. Bronco Express assists students with transactions and questions related to financial aid, making payments, student accounts and general registration information.
With no appointment needed, students can apply for financial aid or pick up appropriate forms, check financial aid status, make payments on accounts and check account balances and receive clarification on charges.
